    The spa facilities were extensive and included a relaxing salt pool and jacuzzi. The staff's attention was commendable, always ready to assist. I also loved the good breakfast with a diverse array of fresh options.

    Stayed here for celebrating birthday and had a pleasant time, we recommend this hotel. Loved Bansko, the venue was peaceful and upscale to gondola or to a slope. The breakfast was very very good and with quality food; the stuff was helpful! The free parking was outside, good service.

    I had to endure an abysmally cold room, made me question if i was outside in the winter. The breakfast was a tragedy with low quality eggs dominating the spread, as i was expecting gourmet delights fit for royalty. I almost considered giving a nice review, but i just couldn't let it slide. Just pathetic.

    Had a great time! The spa facilities really impressed, and the variety of breakfast options made mornings enjoyable. Although the shuttle service had some hiccups, it was convenient getting around. Definitely a solid stay overall.

    perfectly positioned for easy walks to local attractions

    I really enjoyed the friendly and polite staff, and everything was within walking distance, making it super easy to explore all the nearby attractions like the House Museum of Neofit Rilski just 800 meters away and the fine Holy Trinity Church also just a short stroll of 800 meters.

    thanks for a very very good stay in bansko town. the rooms here are impressive and a nice size with mountain view. the location is nice and they have parking outside. there's cool cafe retro at a walking distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.
